The curriculum is designed to give participants hands-on training in writing learning objectives. By the end of the last session, participants identify their topics for developing their modules. Each participant is assigned a coach to help in the development of the module. Thirty days following the program, participants are asked to demonstrate competencies on key concepts of the Train-the-Trainer program. This is a written examination proctored by the Corporate Dean. In addition, participants are given six months to complete a module and present a 15-minute segment of the module to a group of peers. This presentation is videotaped and critiqued by the facilitator, a group of peers and the Corporate Dean.
