Customer Service Certificate Program(200 Contact Hours = 20.0 CEUs) |
The curriculum designed for the Customer Service Certificate through the Employee Development University is aligned to Golden State Water Company’s (GSWC) mission statement which states that "GSWC is dedicated to providing quality service exceeding the expectations of customers." It also supports the Companys strategic vision statement which states that "GSWC recognizes that in order to be a premier provider of customer service, the Company and its employees must continually exceed customer expectations for service."
To meet these initiatives the curriculum is carefully created utilizing an interdisciplinary approach. The objective is to build the employees skills to help them to provide total quality service and to further enhance their career development aspirations.
